Tessa Andrews, assistant professor of Genetics, is one of two USG faculty members to receive the Regents’ Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Award. Andrews received her award at the Regents’ Scholarship Gala earlier this month.

Anita Qualls, an honors student majoring in Biology, has become UGA's first student to receive a Churchill Scholarship. The Churchill Scholarship funds American students to pursue a one-year masters in science, mathematics, and engineering at The University of Cambridge in England.
